Why are your clothes priced as they are?
Most of our clothing is manufactured using American Apparel, which is very nice quality but a bit pricier. Our clothes are made and printed in the USA (in San Francisco, CA and prints from Greensburg, PA), which also brings the costs we pay up a little. Also, nearly everything is limited-edition, collectible and nothing is printed en masse: A piece of clothing is printed specifically for you once it's ordered; it's not part of a "batch". Koalapop is independently run with no financial backing from investors, corporations, etc., and so the prices we've set help us stay in business, pay off school loans, and offer unique clothing that can't be found anywhere else on the planet.

What countries do you ship to?

What is your return policy?
Stickers and autographed fine art prints/posters are non-returnable. Our clothing is printed by Spreadshirt, a reputable company which also handles all returns. Here is their fair return policy if you need it.

Is Koalapop.com a safe and secure website to shop at?
Absolutely! We take this stuff very seriously, and you can find more information right here on security and privacy.

Where can I find more detailed info on shipping / technical issues / canceling an order / sales tax / etc. ?
More detailed information than this FAQ provides is located right here.

Where can I find clothing specifications and sizing charts, etc. ?
In the clothing area, click on the item you'd like. A page will load which, among other things, tells you more about the design, the clothing specifications, and there'll be thumbnail pictures to click on for viewing the clothes in different angles. The image at the very bottom is a link which takes you to a sizing chart.

What level of detail are designs printed at?
Our graphics are designed in very high resolution and all print art, clothing and stickers get printed at 300DPI, which is a standard in the publishing world for preserving minute detail. As of February 2009, there has been a website glitch which displays some shop graphics as being pixelated, for example this one, but this is just a web display issue. Rest assured your purchases will come out crisp and detailed!

Is this a website/brand specifically about koalas?
No. Not at all!

Why is everything so eccentric? What the fuck IS Koalapop?
It's not meant to be but it might've turned out that way because we tried to incorporate various ideas and elements into a unique brand which is distinctly Koalapop. Koalapop has no explanation, we're just going for something different. So have a look around! You might come to like our brand, but also you may not.

How should I contact Koalapop for whatever reason?
Our contact info is listed here and we're quick in getting back to you. If you have any question which wasn't answered here, don't hesitate to ask us! 100% of fan letters, suggestions, etc. are also replied to, as time permits.

How long has Koalapop been around?
The domain name/concept has been around since Summer, 2005. Work on the brand started in late 2007, and the official launch was early 2008. You can read more about its history and owner here if you'd like.

I love Koalapop but I'm broke...?
Then tell a friend or just bookmark us! We appreciate all our fans immensely and pour a lot of free content & love into this website, so we hope you'll visit regardless!

Where else can I buy Koalapop clothing from?
All our clothing is original and can only be bought from this very website. We don't sell to major chains or Hot Topic or whatever, and if you ever see a design of ours being sold anywhere else on the planet, do us a huge favor and tell us about it here!

Who writes for your e-zine, the Koalapop Reader?
It's 100% friends and fans! Some writers use pseudonyms cause they're chicken shyt, but that's alright ;P Everyone writes for free and to get free exposure in return, because we share the common interests covered in the e-zine. If that sounds like you, learn more here!

I'd rather live with a good question than a bad answer.
